Our salesperson was not the usual stereotypical silver tongued salesman but a down to earth, difficult working older guy. I feel that we got a really great trade-in and great deal on the Ford Freestyle which we love. I have all my service at this same dealership and they have gone out of their method to offer me with rental cars while my automobile is being worked on. Quite honest. I am incredibly happy with my experience here during the acquisition of the automobile and afterwards within the servicing of it.

......SUGGESTED!!...... When I dropped my vehicle off for the 45k maintenance, it never occurred to me that it'd be far more than the typical lube and filter. As I was leaving to go take a walk and kill time, the service representative ran outside to let me know if I was aware of how long it'd take and also the cost. I'm glad he warned me, it was about 3x far more than I was expecting. When I got back an hour and a half later to pick it up, Vancouver Ford in Vancouver WA mentioned all of the recommended stuff I need to get done (like new front brakes, air/fuel filter), but did so in a low pressure fashion, which I was utterly thankful for.
