HOW WELL WE WERE TREATED BY..STAFF!! Although visiting and staying at the Del Webb Homes in Brownstown TWP, on August 30th, our 2010 Malibu was involved in a head on collision at Telegraph and Pennsylvania. We were sent to Henry Ford Hospital Wyandotte and released a short time later. My wife and I had been badly bruised and banged up and we ended up flying back house the next day to Nashville, TN. We were worried about our automobile and we had it towed from region towing to Dick Genthe Chevy. Your body shop manager Mike Mathis assured us he would take care of our vehicle. Our vehicle was declared a total loss and Mr. Mathis took all of our possessions we had inside the vehicle and shipped them back to our home in Clarksville, TN. I can't tell you how happy my wife and I had been to obtain these items back. I known as Mr. Mathis and he refused to accept any reimbursement for these items that he shipped back to us he said that was OK that we had suffered enough. This shows and tells us about the character and decency that this man showed us. My wife and I just wanted to let you know how happy and thankful we are to receive obtaining these issues back and we are grateful to GM for the crash protection we had. We plan to move back house to Michigan next spring. My wife and I just wanted to let you know how well we were treated by your staff which includes Mike Mathis. Thanks for having a superb staff!
